Amazon and Store Return Pickup: Kaebox Handles the Drop-Off

4 min read

Your return is ready. Let Kaebox handle the trip to the drop-off location. With a U.S. network of more than 500,000 drivers powering fast pickup, Kaebox makes eligible Amazon and other retailer returns another task you can complete from home.

From your door to the approved return location

Choose Store returns in the Kaebox dashboard, enter the collection details, and arrange transport to the return location selected for your authorization.

Use ASAP when your item is ready or Schedule when you want a planned pickup. The booking shows the price and pickup ETA, then lets you track the return trip.

The current service carries items that fit safely in a regular car and meet the item requirements. Read the local-delivery guide for the wider Kaebox service.

QR code or pre-labeled package: both start with the retailer

First authorize the return in the retailer's order history or returns portal. Select the return method and save the instructions.

For a QR-code return, have a readable image of the correct code ready and give it to the driver at pickup. For a pre-labeled return, prepare the package with the correct return shipping label.

The return method tells you which destination to use and how to package the item. Some QR-code options are box-free; others require packaging. Follow the instructions associated with that return.

Book your return in six steps

  1. Authorize the return and save the QR-code image or label.

  2. Open Kaebox and choose Store returns.

  3. Add the pickup address and the retailer-approved destination.

  4. Describe the items and package count, and select the correct load size.

  5. Choose ASAP or Schedule and review the booking.

  6. Give the driver the prepared item and code or package, then track the trip.

The app reminds you to provide the QR-code image at pickup. This keeps the code with the item so the driver has what is needed at the approved location.

Prepare once and avoid another errand

Keep each return matched to its authorization. If you have several returns, identify the correct code or label for each one and follow the retailer's instructions about combining items.

Check that accessories and other required components are included, and follow device instructions for removing personal data from electronics. Have everything ready before pickup.

Use the destination named in the return process. A QR code for one return method is not interchangeable with another location or carrier.

See the transport progress and keep your return records

Follow the return booking in Kaebox and retain the retailer's acceptance confirmation or receipt when available. The retailer handles acceptance and refund processing; Kaebox handles the transport.

The Kaebox Instant Tracking video introduces the tracking tools. For more detail, see the tracking guide.

Keep the return reference until the retailer completes the refund. You can then distinguish the transport stage from the retailer's processing stage without having to reconstruct the details later.

Set up a practical packing corner at home

For returns requiring a printed label, or for your regular outbound parcels, a simple home shipping setup saves preparation time. Browse the Kaebox store for tools that fit the way you ship.

The M200 thermal label printer prepares parcel labels without ink or toner. The Kaebox Shipping Kit brings printing and packing tools together, and the shipping bags-and-scale bundle supports suitable parcel preparation.

Buy supplies for the return method you are using. An eligible box-free QR return does not require a printer purchase. Watch Kaebox's label-creation tutorial when preparing a separate carrier shipment and read the label-printing guide.

Useful for businesses as well as households

A store, home seller, or office can also save staff time by arranging a suitable return collection instead of sending someone out. For a wider delivery workflow, Kaebox for Business offers free website integration.

Use the small-business delivery guide to organize outbound orders alongside return transport. Each workflow stays clear: send a customer order, ship a parcel, or move an authorized return.

Take the return off your list

Prepare the code or label, choose the approved destination, and book a Kaebox return pickup. Keep your time for the rest of your day while a driver handles the trip.
