We’ve given you the rundown on all things Kaebox Delivery Driver, now it’s time to introduce the Kaebox Consumer App. In this series of Kaebox Consumer, we’re covering how to set up your profile in the app. This profile allows you to schedule a package pick-up, contact the delivery driver, and connect with customer service representatives.
Keep reading to learn the simple steps on how to set up your consumer profile!
Download the app and create your login
The Kaebox Consumer App is coming soon! All you have to do is search the app on any iOS device and download it. Once the app is installed, navigate to the “Create account.” You’ll then be prompted to fill out the following information:
Email
First name
Last name
Password
Confirm Password
Phone number
Enter your preferred address
Next, you’ll be asked to fill in the address you’ll be doing business from. This means enter the address your packages will most likely need to be picked up from. Need to change the location? No worries, you’ll always have that option in your profile settings! A quick reminder that Kaebox will first be available in these cities:
New York City, New York
Jersey City, New Jersey
Washington D.C., Metropolitan Area
Greensboro, North Carolina
Winston Salem, North Carolina
Check out the profile settings
Once you’ve entered all of your correct information, you’re done! The homepage consists of a large map, where you’ll eventually place new shipments, and your profile. If you select the profile button, an array of options will appear. If you’d like to update your basic information or main address, this is the place! If you ever have any questions or issues, make sure to reach out to our reliable helpdesk.
