Track My Package with Tracking Number [X]

Three Quick Ways in Kaebox:

    Tracking
→ Paste [X] → View the unified timeline (acceptance, transit, out-for-delivery, delivery).

  3. Share the live tracking link with your recipient.

  4. Let the Driver Print & Scan at Pickup

  5. No printer? Choose Pickup. The driver

Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?

This is common—and fixable! Here are typical causes (and how Kaebox helps):

  • Label Created, Not Yet Accepted

The carrier hasn’t performed the first scan. Kaebox flags “pre-shipment” vs. “accepted” so you know whether it’s actually moving.

Fix: Use

Pickup
so the first scan happens at your door, or drop off earlier in the day. Learn more: Shipping Label Printing (Guide)

  • Consolidations & Line-Haul Gaps

Parcels may travel between hubs with no intermediate scans. Kaebox merges multi-carrier events so “silences” make sense in context.

  • Holidays, Weather, Capacity

Slower sortation = fewer scans. Kaebox alerts on exceptions so you don’t have to chase.

  • Wrong or Incomplete Address

Address-correction delays are common. Kaebox validates and formats addresses up-front. Pro tip: Save frequent addresses so you don’t retype: Address Book (Video)

  • International Clearance

Customs can pause scans. In Kaebox, just type item names; our AI

chooses HS codes
and we e-file when available—fewer clearance surprises. Guide: Automate Customs Documentation

What Does “In Transit” Mean on USPS Tracking?

“In Transit” means the package has been accepted and is moving within the network between facilities. It doesn’t always guarantee a scan at every hop.

Related statuses you’ll see in Kaebox:

  • Pre-Shipment/Label Created: Label purchased, not yet accepted.

  • Accepted/Arrived at Unit: First physical scan at a post office or facility.

  • Departed/Processed at Facility: Left a sorting center for the next leg.

  • In Transit: Traveling between facilities (no new scan yet).

  • Out for Delivery: On the local vehicle.

  • Delivered: Completed with time stamp (and photo/signature when provided).

  • Exception/Delivery Attempt: An issue occurred (address, access, unpaid duties, etc.).

Kaebox normalizes these terms across carriers and
